Where is MiraBay located

MiraBay is located in Apollo Beach. From I-75 exit 246 (Big Bend Rd.) to Hwy 41 South, the entrance is approximately three miles on the right side of the road.
 

How large is the community going to be at completion

The new home community of MiraBay is comprised of 750 acres and is planned to provide for over 1,900 homes.   

How much do homes cost in MiraBay

We offer a broad variety of price ranges and home designs starting in the $180's to over $5 million.  

 What types of amenities are offered

Life in MiraBay revolves around the water. The MiraBay Club is the social heart of the community and features a resort-style pool with a lighthouse water slide, Admirals Lounge for adult gatherings, Galley Café for an afternoon lunch poolside, fitness center with state-of-the-art equipment, optional spa services and much more! The Outfitters bait and tackle shop offer boat and eco-tours as well as all the supplies*you need for fun on the water.*


 How much will the CDD and HOA fees cost annually

The current HOA fees are $109.00 per home annually. The CDD fees vary by homesite size and range from $1,145.00 to $4,580.00 annually. Both fees are subject to change.  What are the Welcome Center hours

The Welcome Center is open seven days a week. Monday through Saturday from 10am to 6pm and Sunday from 12:00 pm to 6pm.  You can always call us at 1-813-645-1000.

Where are the nearest hospitals

Located in Sun City Center, SouthBay Hospital, about six miles away, is the closest hospital. Brandon Regional is about 19 miles and Manatee Memorial is approximately 22 miles from MiraBay.

How near is shopping, and other activities from MiraBay
 
MiraBay Village opened in August 2008, offering shopping opportunities. The Ellenton Prime Outlets are 20 miles south of MiraBay. Brandon's Westfield Shopping Town is approximately 17 miles to the north. The Apollo Beach Chamber of Commerce can provide a list of all community business and activities,and places of worship surrounding the community. You can reach the Chamber at 813-645-1366. 
 

How long is the commute to downtown Tampa, the airport or Sarasota

Downtown Tampa is approximately 19 miles, and the Tampa International airport is approximately 26 miles away. Sarasota is just 23 miles south of Apollo Beach.

 What are the expected annual taxes

The current millage rate for this area is 20.30610. You can check the tax millage rate by logging on to www.hillstax.org.

 

Is MiraBay in a flood zone

MiraBay is in a category AE flood zone, according to Hillsborough County hazard mitigation department. For more information, you can visit the Hillsborough County Web site to view current flood maps.
