The current HOA fees are $109.00 per home annually. The CDD fees vary by homesite size and range from $1,145.00 to $4,580.00 annually. Both fees are subject to change. What are the Welcome Center hours
The Welcome Center is open seven days a week. Monday through Saturday from 10am to 6pm and Sunday from 12:00 pm to 6pm. You can always call us at 1-813-645-1000.

Located in Sun City Center, SouthBay Hospital, about six miles away, is the closest hospital. Brandon Regional is about 19 miles and Manatee Memorial is approximately 22 miles from MiraBay.
How near is shopping, and other activities from MiraBay
MiraBay Village opened in August 2008, offering shopping opportunities. The Ellenton Prime Outlets are 20 miles south of MiraBay. Brandon's Westfield Shopping Town is approximately 17 miles to the north. How long is the commute to downtown Tampa, the airport or Sarasota
Downtown Tampa is approximately 19 miles, and the Tampa International airport is approximately 26 miles away. Sarasota is just 23 miles south of Apollo Beach.
